HFP suspension with Tanabe GF210 Spring???

does anybody know if the Tanabe GF210 Spring are a stiffer spring rate than the HFP ones, i have the HFP set up but i want something a little stiffer.

Based on this thread...
the tanabe's don't seem to be adding much, if any, substantial spring rate for compared to stock. with that in mind, i wouldn't be surprised there isn't much difference between their rates and the HFP rates. i don't see the switch being worth the money at all. and if the tanabe's lower you even more than the hfp's do, then i wouldn't do it.
