there is a DIY thread on step by step lowering a car. if you are doing this yourself you would need to pick up spring compressors. you would want to invest in the front and rear camber kits. and finally get an alignment about a week or so later after the springs have settled.
most people in the mid-atlantic are willing to do the install/help ou with the install...

The Skunk 2 springs lower it like 2+in i think which is pretty agressive so I would consider getting a camber kit. Its also gonna blow out ur struts that much sooner.
