i just dont trust much from ebay. taking normal rotors and then drilling them is not recomended by any comany. you can do that with the rotors you have now, then after a while you will end up cracking your disk. With drilled rotors, there is less surface area which means less friction, which is what stops the car. Our cars donnot have vents going into the brake system. To allow the slotted brakes to keep cool, they need good air flow, not stagnet(i cant spell) air. You do get what you pay for, even on ebay. those are new products selling for stupid low prices. If your gonna do something do it right the first time, other wise you will pay a lot more money in the long run because you tried to save a buck. |

And theirfore not as "stoppy" and even prone to crack. I like em their shiny HaHaHa and they got the holes n stuff for cheep. we shall see. thanks |

You get what you pay for.
They are shiny yes, and they will warp shortly enough. Why would you cheap out on one of the most important parts of your car: your brakes. Stick with a name brand, like ROTORA, Stoptech, Brembo. Here is some info and pricing on ROTORA brakes. ROTORA Slotted Rotors and Big Brake Kit Sale: Civc Si 06+ Only

hahahaha I love how people reference an online auction site as a manufacturer now. If an auctioneer doesn't have the nuts to admit what shitty company is making his brakes, obviously they're not worth talking about.
You can trust your life on cheap brakes, I want to stop for my own safety. |

Name Brand, shame shamd. Even though name brands are good and reputable, there is still a lot of good companies on ebay offering quality replacement rotors. I myself purchased a set of F&R from a vendor on Ebay. ON NOE!! My car is going to crash.
The brakes are mill balanced, diamond drilled, zinc coated, and machined very nicely. Guaranteed. Made in the USA too. Brake Labs in California. Yes they speak English. Fragemented sentences ftw. |

slotted and drilled rotors on a daily driver are bad news... you'll get cracks between the drill holes, and they'll eventually warp
... but enjoy them while they last...

If they are drilled and ground down properly, they won't crack. After the holes are drilled each side has to have a slightly larger drill bit taken to it and needs just a touch to the rotor. I cant remember what thats called, but if not done or done improperly the rotor will crack.
