Problems with skunk2 rear camber arms

I have had skunk2 rear camber arms on my 06 Si since April, and have gone to 13 auto-xs and done 7k miles.

I nearly failed tech because of the large amount of play in the bushing where it attaches to the hub assembly, I took off my wheel and checked all the bolts and they are tight.

Both sides have play when I grab the top of the tire and shake in and out (can hear small clunk), it feels like the sleeve through the bushing is too large or it is worn out.

Could someone out there with skunk2 arms check to see if they have any play. Should they wear out that fast?

Thanks

That recall is on the speed sensor o-ring. I don't think that it would give any play in the wheel. Could it be the rear sway bar end links?

Unless his bearing is acutally effected and that is what is causing the play...which is what the recall is about.

I checked it again when i got home, there is play in the bushing on the skunk2 arms, not the wheel bearing,

Any Suggestions ?

Size the bushing, and order a new one from Energy Suspension.

Nope, definitely the bushing

I was there at the Auto-X parked next to him, that play was definitely in the bushing.

How did you make out with Skunk2?

Sounds good. It will be great if this 'upgrade'/replacement option to purchase the bushes is made available thru' ur web. I am sure lots of members will be getting them. I am sure I will be one of them.

I'm having the same problem. Just installed mine today and the bushing where it connects to the spindle seems to be a little bigger than the stock bolt. When i have it jacked up you can grab the top of the tire and move it in and out a (very)tiny bit. Can you here the clunk when your suspension moves? Any solutions? gotta get some new tires before I really test mine out.

UPDATE: After a few miles I went back and tightebed everything up again, and now no more rattle.

I was hearing a clunking noise when going over certain bumps on my right rear, checked it out today and the rubber bushing on the outer part of the arm is broken. Damn it, I think I wasn't careful enough when installing this one, which led to the premature wear (left side is fine).
Anyone know if I can get just the bushing from Skunk2? If not, what to do?

This rubber bushing:

call skunk2, mine were 7 months old (6 month warranty) but they had me ship them back to them and they replaced the bushings on both ends free.

So you were down for awhile or did they ship you new ones first? I am going to be installing mine next week and starting to have second thoughts after reading about these problems.
