Problems with Megan Coilovers?

whats going on guys. i had megan racing coilovers installed about 3 months ago. since then i had to bring them to the shop 2 times because they keep loosening up and screwing up the ride height. has anyone else had a problem with these? im taking the car in for a 3rd time this week, cause the height is now off.

i dont have the box currently, but i only ordered them approx. 3-4 months ago. i was told all the problems have been taking care of due to the springs and such. i even called them and told them the issue, he just said they need to be tightened. im gonna give them one more shot, if they loosen up again, megans gonna get an earful :)

tighten them and use the tool they provided. then use a hammer and tap the locking mechanisms until it becomes super tight. i know several people with the same suspension and have not experienced similar problems.
