pic of NEUSPEED RACE springs (sedan) on 17s

here is a pic of my sedan dropped on neuspeed RACE springs...

with 17x7 TSX wheels .. with a 45 series tires

excuse the dirty car .. it rained yesterday and i didnt get a chance to clean her up

running these springs is tricky... since they drop the car so much ... with the stock 16" rims and tires (55 series tires) .. it would rub inside the fender on bumps...

when running 17s .. you have to make sure everything works perfectly .. im running a 55 offset .. 7" wide wheel and a 205 45 17" tire ... and NO rubbing issues under any circumstances ....

now changing the offset to say a 45 offset .. or changing the width of the rim and tire might pose a problem .. especially in the front since clearance between the rim and the edge of the fender is CLOSE ... hence the reason i went with the oem tsx wheels for the higher offset

there is 0 wheel gap ... front or rear

enough of my babbling .. if any of you guys have any questions regarding the springs .. drop me a PM

ride is a little stiffer then stock .. but nothing crazy .. its still a good ride.. you feel more of the road due to the lower profile tire rather then the springs

as for the pics .. i wish i could have gotten better ones ... with a clean car and not in the work garage .. but thats all i could get for now

Hey dude did you ever end up putting on the eibachs ?
Ive still got the tein s techs on mine.
If you still want to trade let me know.

I just thought it would be lower than the pics u put up.

It looks like my car when I had my stock size tires with the teins. Maybe a touch lower.

ive decided to just stick with the neuspeeds... i have brand new eibachs sitting at home

as for the ride height ... it may appear the same .. but remember those are 45 series tires vs 55 series tires ... the overall diameter of the 17" with the 45 series tires is around 1" less then the 16s with the 55 series ..

it makes sense since the teins are rated at 1.5 right ? the neuspeeds are rated at 2"

Its not only the springs its the whole package. The bigger classy rims with the thin tires and the dark tint. It's all the details that sex it up like that.

the drop is nice but a bit too low IMO. My last car was like that and although looked good, not very practical for a daily driver. Actually the stock gap with the tsx wheels looks good enough already

it may look slammed from the side.. but i daily drive this car through boston and not once have i scraped... there is PLENTY of clearance on the car ... the reason it looks so "low" is because there is no wheel gap ...

you could safely drive this car anywhere with this drop without worry of bottoming out ...
