I'm going to place some Si springs on my EX. Just need to find out what new bolts or other items I need to order. Going to do this before I have the TSb for rear camber fixed. So I can get a free alignment out of the deal hassle.

So what do I need for the rear?

I'm planning on installing some Tein S-Tech springs on my Si, and am probably going to be using this (Thanks for posting). I'm a noob at this, but do I have to load the suspension with the cars weight before tightening?
And.....For the front, should I loosen the center nut on top of the strut assembly before taking it off or after?

I saw a novice basically break my friends strut because he took the whole assembly off, and couldn't get that center nut on top to turn. So he got a wrench and gripped it straight onto the piston rod (because it turned along with the top nut) which broke the seal when compressed again. I just didn't want to run into this problem, as I've heard of it happening.
Thanks in advance (oh yeah I plan on buying my sway bar setup from Redshift after this install is done).

loosen it while the strut is still on the car, or use a open socket with an allen key, or use an impact gun and just get it off. good luck!

Okay, I know this question has come up several times and I'm getting different answers from different threads.

Will I need a camber kit if I just went with the Eibachs for a mild drop? Does someone know the definite answer?

What size allen key is it? Also, just another question since you may know. what allen key size do I need to remove the rear stabilizer link?

Thanks for posting this thread! I just finished installing Si springs and shocks on my LX. It was an easy job thanks to good directions!

For removing the rear shocks and the top nuts on the front struts, a flex-head GearWrench is a real time saver.
