Cool WHO wants a Koni setup...??

If I told you, 4 weeks and you could have them...what would you say? Would want the setup?

Thing is is that for the fronts, what we are going to be doing is using an OTS insert for the stock housings. It would all be put together and shipped then you send back your stock shocks... also in doing that we will have a custom made sleeve that gets welded on to the stock strut housing allowing for the use of Ground control springs lower perch and upper spring hat. You guys would be able to choose spring rates as you wanted and this would be a rebound adjustable damper. The cost on this with the welding and the dampers and the whole chibang is 1800$ deliverd and ready to bolt up and a truly custom sick setup.

BUt you get a fully custom setup that can be customized with spring rates, and basically a setup that can rock the track or cruise the street.

Double adjustable's are also an option, seperate rebound and bump adjusters NOT one knob like the cheap dampers you see on some setups. DA 2200.00$

This is not the standard OTS koni kit, this is a custom setup that we can use...just to clarify things...Koni has not yet released their 06 si setup but I have used this setup already and know it kicks ASS...

I know that these prices seem high but we are talking about a truly custom setup here that will stand up to ANY track and probably surprise ALOT of Porsche's, BMW's, and even Lotus's out on the track..

^^How much is a set of Tein SS? And those Dampers are way "cheaper" than a set of koni's no? And when the OTS ones do come out we will have those also, this is just an option for a truly custom setup for now...

Here is an example of the Double adjustable rears that I used to run...IT TRULY is the best setup you can get... I have raced with them, so I am not saying this from a daily driver, this is from a Racer not RIcer

I can only estimate cause Koni has not yet released pricing on their OTS dampers yet...OTS Koni's 800 Ground Controls 400 So thats 1200. Our setup includes the labor to put the insert in the stock housing and for a custom sleeve on the stock housing that gets weled on which can help reduce noises and movement. So they really aren't apples to apples.

i want to get the most out of this car on the street and the track.so i need a good set up.i need a setup that can make this car to the max in corners.with the stock set up getting off the highway and takeing the turn that puts you onto another highway. it is a strong curv. i only got 42mph on that turn with stock set up.i feel my car on some turns to hop in the back and skip on my tires.i need to be on the road.i try to take the car to its limits on the street and i think i already got there.i need a better suspension.

DOn't take my post the wrong way...I am trying to help....

OK, first if you have been to the limit of the car on the street then That is not smart, secondly you probably wen't maxing out your car.
What are the current mods on your car as it sits now?
My first suggestion would be to go to 5-10 Autox's and truly find the limit to the car as it stands now. THis CAN't be done on the street, it just can't.

What is your car doing now? Where in the turn do you feel like it is not behaving the way you want? Entry, mid corner, exit? What is it doing in that area of the turn that you don't like? Do a search for what's your car doing now, there is a good thread on it.

What are your goals for the car? DD, Track Days, autox?
