Just lowered on ST suspension

I decided to go with St with a 1" drop and it looks great and rides even better. I will soon find out if i need a camber kit. I am going to let the springs settle in then in about a week go to the shop for an alignment. Hopefully i wont need it, but for you guys looking to lower your ride should definetly inquire springs ride great. I paid 175.00 for the springs

I'm considering these also, but I'm not pulling the trigger until ST releases the spring rates

What's the SR on those?

Oh and you won't need a camber kit with a 1" drop.

I am not interested in these, but always like to keep up-to-date on items for our cars.

I posted this in the Corsport thread on 4-21-2009:

Supposedly a great company, but fair correspondence with the customer as they were pleasant over the phone in that respect.

If you want to reduce understeer and make the money spent on upgrading a suspension worth it you would add a camber kit. Unless you are just dropping for looks and/ or are superficial, then don't bother with the camber kit.

Alright, so after calling two times on seperate ocassions and a third and fourth time today I finally got an answer out of ST.

The Sporttech 1" drop springs are as follows....

Front- Linear Spring with a rate of 180 lbs

Rear- Progressive Spring with a rate of 150-480 lbs

Wow...front linear and rear progressive? Interesting. 180lbs/ in in the front is softer than stock if it a true linear rate spring. The rear has a wide range!
