imo the link is pulling at the bracket where there is the least cross sectional area of metal. that area is under tension and seeing as a larger swaybar is providing more tension than the bracket and metal is designed for the washers should increase the strength by moving the focus point out to where there is more metal. as if its pulling further out from the edges.
I see what you're saying. And I do believe I have the same washers on the other side. Gotta climb under my car again to check.

BTW, the washers came with the Corsport endlinks.

Greetings

New guy here. '07 Si Sedan, no modifications yet. Considering either Eibach Pro-Kit springs, or equivalent Progress product. Plan also on a Progress 22mm rear sway.

So, it looks like these reinforcements are a needed item? I'm new to the Honda mod world (though this is my 6th Honda over the years). What about the H-Brace I've been reading about? Recommended with the mods I have in mind?

Coming back to Honda from the MINI side of the world by the way.

All comments greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Hmm...it's gotta be something that you can't easily Google to get an answer.

How about some sort of game like you take a digital picture of something, then block out the subject. We would have to guess the item that was blocked out. We would have to guess what the blocked item is based on other clues in the photograph or by asking you questions. Since there are something like 30 people who are interested in the brackets, let’s say each person that signed up for the brackets can ask only one yes or no question and only one guess. For example a question would be “Is it red?”. An example of a guess would be “Is it a stop sign?” So this would be something like 20 Questions. We should have a running list of who asked what and your reply, either “yes” or “no.” The answer should be a general description. The answer should not require the manufacturer's name or be too descriptive. Like if the subject was a 2007 Honda Civic Si Sedan with HFP kit, the answer should be a "car".
