Wow; a lot of talk going on here. Just CAD something up at emachineshop.com would take a couple hours at most. Heck PM me the dimensions and I'll make it for you. Also.. That disclaimer in your sig isn't going to help if someone sues you if anyone gets hurt. I wish it were that easy to protect personal assets.

Then you will front the 3 grand or so to get these produced? Somthing is better than nothing. And I don't think you can be held liable from a forum but I may be wrong.
