Then take non-refundable deposits. That will bring your $$ flow back

thank for the update, I think u should take deposist from people on the top half of the list, and make for the first half of people cuzz they wait they longer, on the bottom of the list can wait a lil longer.

Take some deposist first soo you dont have to put out much

Is it a bolt-on like bracket attachment? Or just a single plain stamp/cutout?
Cuz I got my cnc milling machine up and running, I can make jigged preforms for my press if need be. If it is possible to see the design, then I could tell you if I can do it or not. If its peicing, I got mig and tig welders for alum, steel or stainless. LMK.

What about starting a new list that ends in say 3-7 days and all on list must prepay. That way you'll be sure to know who still really wants them and no body can back out since you have their money. I do not want to purchase a new sway bar without this installed. I do some hard driving and I don't want to risk it.

Regular steel 1/4" or less...But its my undetstanding that a waterjett machine is a much cheaper machine to use.

Yes, it's is due to it's speed. But that thing is expensive lol.
I can do that with cnc milling machine, just takes more time.
What is the size?
You want them painted(powder coat)/plated/dipped or you gonna do that part?

Well it seems like the best thing would be to secure a machine shop to do it, then get the price quote, then accept pre-orders. Produce only a couple extra sets than what was pre-ordered. If there's enough demand then make more. My sway bar buy went under so I can wait, hah.

Personally I don't mind sending you pre-order money but I think I recall you not being sure what the final cost would be.

I also don't mind waiting so this is as easy as possible for you. My sway bar has been in the closet for almost a year now, a few more months won't matter.

Oh yeah, THANKS for doing this for us in the first place!!!!

No money until the product is ready for shipment, I have taken on a partner and things should start moving faster for this project :)
