Bar between lower seat belt brackets?

I've seen this on the EK's and I think some EG's, but has anyone designed the suspension piece that mounts between our lower seat belt brackets? It runs along the floor board from driver's side to passenger's side.

I hope that makes sense.

I don't even think that its even necessary to have it for our cars. The chassis is already rigid compared to the previous generation civics. Maybe that's why there's no bar made for it yet??

thats possible...but it would add to the variety of suspension parts available already.
