Front lowering springs no rear?

Ok, this might sound dumb but...I was curious... Would it be possible to just change your front springs and leave your rear stock. That way you would have say a 1.4 in drop in the front so your car has the agressive stance where it is tilted foward? If this is possible would you still need a rear camber even though your springs in the rear are still the same?

I ask this because my subs are very heavy and the back is very low. People ask if my car is lowered all the time. But, if I get lowering springs I dont want the car to be tilted back more than it already is. Yes, I know some companies have the springs that are lower in the front than the back like tein 1.4 f 1.5 b.. there is much more than a .1 difference from the front springs and the rear springs on my car already so thats not ganna help much.

Lowering springs are usually stiffer than OEM, so your rear won't sag as much. But, just getting front springs is doable, probably not advisable though. You'll end up with a rather twitchy back end since they're "looser" on the back. Your camber will not have to be adjusted.

You can do it.

It'll look really, REALLY retarded if you ever take those subs but you can do it.

From a performance standpoint, it's probably about the worst thing you could do to the car suspension-wise outside of cutting/heating the springs.

Get eibach springs then change only the fronts. Then after if you don't like it you can change the rear springs.

My $.02. It would make your car push like a dump truck because lowering the front will shift even more weight to the front than there already is. Now its about a 61/39 F/R weight distribution, doing that would make it like 66-69/34-31 F/R. It might look cool, but who cares about looks if you can't back it up with performance. I do belive, thats one of the definitions of rice. Or, you could just get rid of the 200+lbs of subs in the trunk and get better gas mileage and handling and acceleration to boot.
