Est 10%-15% spring rate raise.
OK, this may be an incredibly dumb assumsion, and blatenlty odvious, i saw the Tanabe springs on Ebay, and they have the same part# for the FG2 and FA5, so wouldent that mean that there is no differnece between the coupe and sedan spring if the spring rate is the same?
just to be sure before i buy them...

Not really sure about that since for example the eibach prokit, it has the same part number for FG2 and FA5 but has a different drop.

Interested on the Tanabe GF210s or H Techs ... problem is I have yet to see a picture of a sedan with H techs and I went to the Tanabe website they actually have pictures of the sedan lowered with both DF210 and GF210, but to me they look the same and just a little lower on the front???

With GF210 http://www.tanabe-usa.com/suspension/files/487_img1.jpg and with DF210 http://www.tanabe-usa.com/suspension/files/486_img1.jpg

What is the comparison to the stock spring compared to the hfp suspension kit? ride? low?

Also if you have a sedan how low did you drop your car?

Funny thing is I received a reply from tanabe saying the spring rates are different from the DF and GF, but the website says the same and they didn't even tell me the difference in spring rates from the GF/DF ... now I am really confused.

i don't really understand the lbs specification and what it means. which springs would be good for my fg1 if i want a slight drop, not slam, and i want it a bit stiffer than stock? i'm looking for like a 1.3 drop like the s-techs or something like that. thanks in advance.

Tanabe never replied again, so I'll probably go with Eibach.

i was wondering who has a problem with rubbing, and if you do could you say how much of a drop and what set up you have, because i am really thinking about getting suspension in the near futur and want to prevent myself from having any problems. thanks

I looked at the HFP springs and I know they drop 1inch but there is no spring rates listed. Do they have the same spring rates as our stock suspension?

I just put the HFP on and I thought that the springs would be firmer that they are. Compared to the Si, I'd like to know what their spring rate is?
