Exclamation Just bought my brand new HFP suspension kit from ebay! SUPER CHEAP! $502 shipped!!

The sellers id on ebay is: bas0_5
BALDWIN AUTO SUPPLY
970 8TH AVE
P.O. 521
BALDWIN, WI 54002
United States
(715) 684-2859

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=250126794826

I was looking for the HFP suspension kit for cheap on ebay for months now, I finally came up with something. I found an auction on the kits one for the Si, one for the LX/EX with the bid starting at $439!! I did not bid right away, but I was watching the item, with three days left some one requested a buy it now feature and got it for $440. So I go to the sellers store and buy my kit for $479+$62 shipping to Long Beach CA. I call him up and explain how he ended the auction early and I was going to bid on the item with a few minutes left on it and he very willingly sent me an invoice for $440+62 shipping. So my suspension kit came out to $502 shipped!
Go on ebay and go to buy, CARS, parts and accesories and type in HFP. There is a kit right now with the bid at $440. So come get your HFP suspensions with thios seller. REAlly cheap!! Typically with the previously cheapest seller on ebay the kit would have come out to $600 shipped.

make sure you got the riight kit. It looks like they are trying to say that the kits for the ex/lx and si are the same. College Hills honda says they are different.

The genuine Honda Part # is 08W60-SVA-100 <---------- what you got
08w60svb100 is what college hills says the part number should be.

College Hills Honda writes: SVA is for the LX/EX. SVB is for the Si
and I have an LX, so 08W60-SVA-100 for me.

to be honest, i was actually the one who requested that they give it to me for $440 BIN. I was searching for this damn kit forever, and when jay kincannon said they were 539 shipped, i decided to check it out. I saw they had a couple kits BIN @ 479.99, and they had 2 running auctions starting at $439. To my disappointment, they state in their auction that they do not ship to canada, but i thought, hey its worth a try i might as well ask. In the end, they let me have the kit for $440 buy it now, with $95 USPS shipping to canada (no brokerage fees-just how i like it), so in total i got it for $535 SHIPPED to canada! what an amazing deal, dealerships around here are quoting 1100+ w/o installation for the stupid thing.

Bump. Want to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to see this. If they were thinking either to get the HFP suspension or some coilover, this may sway their decision.

Aww its only for the LX EX. SI's HFP suspension tends to charge higher.

Already checked, the seller only has it for the lx ex only. Unless you can link me to the SI ones!

Keep in mind the LX kit is cheaper to begin with so the price of $500 shipped seems right to me.

The HFP kit for the LX/EX and Si are the same cost. Same MSRP of $800 at the Honda dealer. What thre springs are denser? What larger in diameter? Shocks firmer? They are the same cost. Just ask the guy to put an auction up for the Si Civic or he just might sell it to you for that price!
