^ Are you using SolidEdge?

Anyways, I just thought it might also be a good idea to offer both versions (one-hole and two-hole)... if you're water-jetting those pieces, knocking out a bunch of either design would be a cinch.

Just thinking out loud

Does anyone have a pic of what this connection should normally look like? Also what is that bracket made out of, mild steel?

Maybe it would be lower cost to you if you just offered the two-bolt design. If people don't want to drill another hole, they don't need to, they can just use one of the two holes. Just something to consider.

I won't be drilling any holes, that's for sure.

Was actually gonna sell my progress until I saw high revs post.

Guess I'll just wait and see.

The one in the above PIC looks good, but would suggest removing the sharp corner.

Ok, so according to the poll, this has happened on one car(non-si).

Do we know yet if the part that failed is the same on the si as it is on the other trims?

Good suggestion. Make it round instead.

Nobody else has provided a picture or any other indication that it is the exact same bracket.

I think I may just make it straight across. If I can get enough people interested.

You can send me a prototype set. I'm looking to get my sway bar installed by next weekend.

Any idea on what pricing might be for a set if you can get some sort of production going? Or at least a price range?

Price is gonna depend on how many people want em. I would say like 30-40bucks shipped, that is just an inital estimate, obviously less with more people.
I don't want to have 5 sets sitting around my garage

The brackets connecting to the lower control arm are the same on the Si. Here are PICs of mine (each side) with the Progress rear sway bar and CorSport endlinks.
