Over kill? I run 9/10 f/r right now. Its a hoot on the streets. If you don't mind a rough ride, 8/12 would be great. Ill run 9/17.5 on the Redshift DA's.

I just did the conversion so he could understand where I was coming from. 9/17.5 kg/mm ~ 500/900 lbs/in. Happy? 8/12 kg/mm would be 447.8/671.8 lbs/in. Where are you math skills yo?

yes, overkill on the street. If you're not gonna track the car, why lose a kidney after 6 months.

I'm fine with a 1000lb spring on the street, but others may not be.

I thought skunk2 did come through with the 1000 #ers.

Because there are so many great on ramps out there. Got to get up to speed some how. I don't have an S/C for the power so I got to get up to speed where I can. Can't merge onto the freeway at less of the flow of trafic.

skunk2 ****** up and failed with the 1000lb rear springs.. never heard anything so i gave up trying.

I've ridden in a car with 1000lb springs though, and it's fine for me. Didn't say it was my car

You know your suspension is getting close to perfect for track duties when your GF complains she has to wear a sports bra when ever she rides in your car - been there - done that - have the T-shirt

That's nuts. I think my suspension uses 175/163 lbs/in lol.

My girl doesn't mind the current ride. Doesn't get scared in the corners but I still can't bomb a twisty road with her in the car because she gets car sick. On ramps are about as long as she can take it before she gets sick.
