Question Another Alignment Question**

I took my car into a tire shop to try and get an alignment. I have my car lowered on sportlines. The guy told me that without camber kits, all he can do is fix the toe for $69. Is it that important, can I drive my car for about a couple months and buy the kit down the road or fix it asap?

appreciate any comments

I went like 8000 miles without a rear camber kit with only slight tire inside wear at -2.5. So get it at some point, but you don't hafta rush.

Do you want to acutally handle better? Then get a camber kit front and rear. Read the suspensions sticky in this area too that will give you an idea of what you may or may not want to do with your alignment. :)

Generally, when you drop a car more than 1/2 inch, it is a good idea to get a camber kit to get things back to spec. Your tires will be happy too!

you get alot more camber in the back than the front when you lower the new Civic. You don't need to do anything in the front for camber to get it back to stock... but you do for the rear. But if you are looking for performance, then get the fronts and not the back. The rear is good for performance when lowered...but the tires will wear faster.
