The prelude does not take a insert(inserts are mainly used for strut cars) were the strut is cut open, all the guts are taken out and the insert is slid inside and either held in from the bottom with a bolt or there is a sleeve welded to the top of the oe body and threaded for a gland nut to hold everything in.
The prelude is a shock car, front is a 8041-1232sport and the rear is a 8041-1155 sport which has external rebound adjustment.
The insert is what will be used on the front of the 06+civic

I guess I read it wrong. Ohhhhh well. However, when Koni does come out with the sports, they will be a full OTS and not an insert.

If you wait a couple weeks there will be a full test on almost all the setups for this car..then you can make a better decision...

Yeah, thats the mustang donor setup We have gotten a couple of sets of those already. But obviously only D/A. We did just find an OTS single adjustable koni option for the front and rear. I just gotta test them and then they will be out.

Get on Im's I will show YOU the shock dynos of them, since you can just get them from work anyway

Track Day Camber Settings

Greg,

Read all 8 pages. Still not sure about settings. What are your recomended camber settings for Track Days. I have an 08 Si sedan. Also recommended front camber bolts and rear adjuster.

The club is SCDA. Welcome to SCDA - The Sports Car Driving Association Will be running the stock Michilen All Seasons. I want to change the front camber so i don't kill the front tire shoulders and also reduce the understeer.

Thanks!!

Eitherway the limiting factor will be those stock Michilen's. I killed those in one day The scalloped and were ruined I would still stick to say -1.75 front and -1 rear 0 toe all around. Those tires don't like too much heat..:

Same, I chewed up the outer edges on my front PS2s in 1 auto-x event. Camber mods will definitely be made before the next event.
