Brake pads starting to squeal

I have an ex coupe, 5mt, At about 16k miles with a lot of stop and go drive. I notice them squealing from 20mph and below. What are good brake pads to get?

And also, being a car n00b, I have to ask is it difficult to replace your pads? IT seems like it'd be an easy job and I wouldn't want to pay unnecessarily for labor.

The squeal might just be brake dust, get brake cleaner and clean the brakes. If that doesnt help then replace the pads with
its not difficult to replace brake pads,have some one that has done it before show you how, then after that you can do it by yourself
