New HFP question!!! SI HFP or Standard HFP on EX coupe???

I have an EX coupe and here's my dilemma...

So i know there's 2 different setups. Both claim to lower each car about an inch.

We know that the Si is lower from the factory to start so here's the question. Would putting on the HFP supension for the Si drop the car even more than the HFP kit for the lx,ex?

Does anyone out there run the Si HFP on their lx or ex coupe?

I'm planning on putting the si sways on my car too.

Obviously, the lighter weight of the Ex in comparison to the Si will cause the suspension to be even stiffer.

Dave

hmm that is a good question. i would suspect that using the si hfp would lower it more than the lx/ex hfp suspension.

I would be willing to bet that shock valving is different between the two kits.

Hello I work for honda and I had alot of the same questions. So I looked this matter up 2 months ago for my 4dr si that I own.The hfp suspension is good for both models they have 2 part numbers but are in fact the same part.the suspension is only a 20mm drop so the difference is not huge .I just ordered my RAYS 18 INCH RIMS AND iM PUTTING THE SUSPENSION ON.tHE ONLY problem you will run into is that you can not run any wider of a tire than a 215..I had a 225 on my car and i hit a fender in the front a sheared off a clip on the inner wall liner.I was doing about 90mph.215 clearswhen using the suspension. Also if you want to see parts and options for your car I would go to cor sport usa .com .I sell hondas I really know.

i have 225/45/17... so you must be refering to 225/40/r18...because even a 235 will fit with a 17in
