OK, this is my next mod. I was waiting for someone with hfp suspension to post up about the progress sway. I didn't to waste my money if the gains were minimal.

I am sure that was just a difference in either your mind, or the way you were driving the car. Even though I have no clue on the HFP damper valving, I find it hard that Honda would allow for their rear dampers to be valved so much that the car would understeer. They just can't do that do to liability reasons, especially in inclement weather people would be wrecking left and right (not meant to be a jerk)

the car didn't really understeer, rather you could feel that the nose always wanted to push forward... it's not as evident with the rsb.

The big question is how your car performs at its limit. At 70-80% of your tractional limit it'd prob feel a lot better due to the stiffer sways distributing more of the weight from the inside rear wheels to the outside front. But how stable does it feel when you're at the tire-screaching limit? Does lifting off the throttle mid-turn make your car skittish?

Greg: Upgrading sway bars isn't necessarily a bad thing. A lot WRX drivers like to get stiffer rear sways (20mm from 17mm) since it comes with a lot of understeer off the lot, and also has smaller sways than in other regions. As for my planned setup, when I get my Skunk2 camber front/rear I'm planning on -1.2 up front and -0.8 to the rears to go along w/ my Eibach Pros--a bit less than your recommended setup just to minimize inside tire wear. This is my daily driver, afterall.

I never said it was. I would much rather prefer to tune with spring and dampers rather then sway bars though.

What is your opinion about using dampers like the upcoming Koni FSD with stock springs? Can these help mitigate body roll or is the HFP still the best option?

Springs bounce thats what they do the dampers control this bounce. You could run factory springs with a good shock such as the fsd and have a car that handles really well.
The konis would control the bounce perfectly, and the added valving would quell some body roll.

The Si does "oversteer" when taking a corner too fast; maybe that's what bluetroll meant instead..

- Cheater. You got a larger sidewall on your tires to better fill in the fender gap. You got 225/45/17 tires. That why it looks better.
Your overall diameter is 24.97". While the stock tire on the EX (205/55/16) is a 24.87" overall diameter.
And the Si Civic's have a 215/45/17 tire with an overall diameter of 24.61".
- I went with a 225/40/18 tire with a 25.08" overall diameter this fills in the fender gap by a tenth of an inch, consequently it also raises the car a tenth of an inch. If every one were to keep there stock tires the non Si Civics would look lower with the HFP suspension kit.

Compared to my stock 11mm rear anti sway bar the stock Si one is not flexible. (by hand)

the more i drive... the more i can feel the difference...

yes, it used to understeer with 17mm RSB...

now with the 22mm RSB, i can feel the rear end of the car come around quicker... it feels quite different, but i like it... you can really take the car to the limits.
