Yes, it'll fit any 2006+ Civic models and it's real.

The springs are universal across all trim levels of the 2006+ Civic. That'll fit all DX/LX/EX/Si models fine. The product is marked as a 2006+ Si spring, but like I said it'll fit fine on every other model. I'm using it on my sedan without any problems.
