So i set it some where in the middle and it handles better at this setting then at full stiff cause it absorbs the bumps. Also, when i first installed them, the car was slammed and it pushed like a dump truck. I raised it about 1.5 inches and it road and rotated better. Just my experience. Now the fun starts, finding your favorite setting. I have yet to find mine in the month i have had it but its getting closer.
haha you said "boobies"

whats the easiest way to adjust the knob for the stiffness in the front? I tried jacking it up and just using my fingers, but it is way to hard to turn like that.

for the fronts i just lay on the ground and get my hand up there. sometimes it is tough to turn and i just use the allen wrench but i havent had to adjust them in a long time. just put them on a setting and leave em. lol

^^^ Im just guessing hear, but the N+ run similar sping rates to Tein Flex on the RSX so im guessing they run near 500 lbs/in the front and 600lbs/in in the rear. Its just a guess but i would think its pretty close.

prices aren't really similar on N+ and Tein Flex; they are about $500 different...
