Progress Rear Sway vibrating against exhaust

Anybody have this problem? I put it on yesterday, this morning I heard it vibrating on the way to work. When I got out to look at it, it was sitting right up against the exhaust.

You might have installed it upside down.

It only vibrated for like a minute and a half out of about 30 minutes of driving. I checked it a little while ago and I could just barely fit my key between the exhaust and the bar. I'll try flipping it when I get home from work today.

I had the same problem.

Flip it around and the problem will be solved.

Good luck!

Until I read your post, I decided not to do it thinking maybe it just had to settle and I would wait to see if it happens again. And now I'm running out of daylight. Oh well, I'll do it this weekend, if not before.

DO IT NOW...you may damage more than you think. One pot hole could cost you a lot of money. Just set your alarm early and turn it over. It's only 2 endlink bolts and 4 holder bolts.

How, exactly? Knocking my exhaust loose?

Just about any sway bar can since both sides tend to look the same to the naked eye. It's a LOT harder to install it if you are installing it the wrong way, but you don't really notice until you're done.

If you install it and there is NO room between the sway bar and the exhaust system it is on the wrong way, guys. Flip it around and enjoy not only a lot of exhaust room but the awesome handling it helps to give!
