ummm, I've never driven a BMW, but I'm guessing you would need a RWD conversion (s2k drivetrain swap), coilovers, and better wheels and tires.

realistically, look at the HFP suspension, find a dealer with an HFP Si and test drive one.

You can make it handle like a BMW by trading it in on a BMW.

Si's are great handling cars, but FWD is WWD (wrong wheel drive) after all.

My SI with HFP susp. and progress rear bar seems to handle as good or better than my 01 330 Ci with Koni's and Eibach's did.

Get aftermarket coilovers. But you wouldn't get oversteer as much as a BMW.

Actually most of the BMW drivers in one of their forums about 2 months ago said: "Honda's handle better than their cars in the corners. One guy even said he was exiting an off ramp as fast as his car would let him go without breaking the tires and an EP3 was gaining behind him fast, they were complimenting on how well Honda's did in the corners."

I have driven an m3 and a z3. i have to say the m3 rides nice and the z3 is crap in my opinion. i think my si rides better than the z3. the m3.......well i dont know what it would take to make it ride the same, naturally the m3 still rides smoother over bumps, etc. i dont know if springs and hfp shocks will make it smoother or more rigid.

The hfp kit makes the Si handle like it's on rails. Too many bad roads and you will need dental work however. Well worth it for the improved handling IMHO.

The easiest solution would be to pop her in the mouth for even speaking to you out of turn. Where are you from, Canada?

For real, though, the Si handles pretty well to begin with. I've yet to be outcornered by any bimmer. Of course they could all have been driven by inexperienced drivers, but there have been a few occasions where I swear someone was trying to get away from me in a 3 series and couldn't.

For a little extra help you could go HFP springs and dampers, then add a more substantial rear sway bar to help the car rotate.

the Si already handles better than a stock cooper S so yeah, there you go. (hell i think it probably handles better than the JCW Cooper S)

as far as a 330 ZHP, those cars are pretty damn good handling cars. i dont think theres anything you can do short of somehow getting RWD...

i dont know about the cooper s. i test drove one before the si, and the salesman took me to this really sharp circle overpass. i think the cooper s took that corner better than my si. of course i dont have the hfp setup though.

i noticed one or two clowns who say Hondas handle as well or better than BMW's i suggest you take a look here, and see where most BMW's fall and take a look at their power/weight ratio of the cars with similar times:

http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?vie...ID=0&tID=10073

here are some notable things:
8:20 --- 148.320 km/h -- Porche 993 GT3, Walter Roehrl (Car magazine 10/99)
8:22 --- 147.749 km/h -- BMW M Coupe, 321 PS/1445 kg (sport auto 10/98)
^thats a Z3 with an M3 engine by the way.

8:34 --- 144.280 km/h -- Acura NSX, 276 PS
8:34 --- 144.280 km/h -- BMW Z3 Coupé 3.0i, 231 PS/1350 kg (sport auto 04/01)

8:26 --- 146.561 km/h – BMW 335i Coupé, 306 PS/1610 kg (sport auto 10/06),

for those of you who dont know, the Nurburgring is a 12 mile corse with some 147 corners. its basically an extermly brutal test of a cars handling, and therefore used as a benchmark.
