Lowering and noises?

So I've been reading up on which springs to buy, and it seems like a lot of people have problems with their springs making noises. Noises drive me NUTS.

Is there any set of springs out there that WON'T make creaking noises and whatnot?

I have an 07 ex coupe and have tein s tech as well and no noise.I honestley think that the people with noise either installed the front's wrong or didn' retain the factory lower rubber,s and they also have assigned sides they have a l and a r on the spring's so you know what side to put them on and make sure you allign the car as well.

Early versions of stechs front springs for the si were incorrectly labeled. The front left spring had R on it and the the front right spring had an L on it. The rotation of the tein coils are suppose to be the same as the oem coils. I noticed this when I got mine almost a year ago. I made a phone call to tein and verified that yes the coils were incorrectly labeled. I have had no issues with my stechs since I installed them. I am not sure if mixing up the left and right springs on the front could cause problems but if you have issues it might be something to look into. As far as the rear springs go I had a slight tick sound coming from the left rear suspension. I found out that when I installed the spc camber arms that you are suppose to completely torque down the rear arm while the suspenion is under load (on the ground), after I did this the tick noise stopped.

My Comptech springs made a couple noises in the rear when I first installed them. Pulled it apart it again and reseated the bottom rubber part that the spring rests on and the noise went away... I think that was the problem.
