So cutting bump stops doesnt lower your car more then???? What would happen if you took the bump stops out all together?

cutting bumpstops doesn't lower the car
You risk hitting the suspension against the body as well as possibly bottoming out over large bumps and dips

i have h techs on the way...i dont kno if id even really need to cut them bc ill finish at like only and inch drop. after the sink in a lil

Again, shocks and springs are different things.

Edit the first post to say that these are shocks and not springs, they are completely different things.
