Coilovers?

So I've read a few people are having problems with their Teins and even more problems with their Megans... what about Buddy Club, K-sport, H&R etc? I'm looking to be in the 800-1000 range but if it's really worth it, I could go to 1200. All daily use, might Auto-x it once to say i did. Really just looking to build a nice setup that handles great. Too bad Koni doesn't have their FSD's out yet, otherwise I'd consider some Ground Control Sleeves and those to be all I need.

Thoughts? Experiences?

I will end up going 1.5-2" drop. I want adjustability, height and ride quality.

Ok, experience? How about something other than a price of another product?

Go with the TEIN Flex if you are going to do any autocross. TEIN SS is better for a daily street setup. K Sports are track inspired but they are firmer than the TEIN's.

PM me if you need any of them.

Thread jacking SUPREME up there!!

OK back on topic, I have the Tein SS on mine and I love the setup so far. I like that I can adjust the dampening. Although it's not a huge difference, the ride quality definitely changes with a turn of the dial.

I know a lot of people have complained about hearing pops, squeaks, bangs and all kinds of noise from their suspension setups but I haven't heard a peep from mine.

Handles great, rides great, what more could you want......well besides a 50% reduction in the price. $$$$$

Sorry I don't have any advice or experience with other setups like you are looking for, but just wanted to throw in my $.02 Good luck!

I've had the Tein Flex for about a week now and have nothing but good things to say about the. Easy to install, great quality and fit, and the ride adjustment can be turned down to be as good as stock and bumped up to go drive for some fun. Just installed the edfc because my girl hates the stiff settings and now it's so easy to adjust the ride for her or when I go for a drive. If you wanted to spend a little more I personally think they're worth it.

I'm not looking to Auto-x. I'm just looking for "spirited" driving as they say and I love to hit corners and have the car do a cloverleaf highway ramp at 60mph. Love it. Granted I don't want something so tight, it feels like I'm on Hydro's either. What do you recommend Excelerate?

seconded. I've got the third revision springs and I have no qualms with them whatsoever. High adjustability, great ride, and fun as hell to take corners with.
