Good price for install and align?

I am finally getting my springs and camber kit put on. My friend has a friend who works at a shop with a fg2. He told me he could do the install for the springs and camber kit, plus the alignment on the honeycomb machine for $200. Is this a good price or should I try to install them myself? If I try to install myself, I would have to wait for a time when my friend can help me, but if I get his friend to do it, I can get it done this weekend. Plus, the guy at the shop knows what he is doing and he did the same setup on his fg2 already.
