Slotted/ Drilled Rotors

Just finished looking at 53 pages of 17" wheels. WOW ! One thing I noticed, no aftermarket drilled/slotted rotors behind all those beautiful wheels. It seems to me a lot of money is spent to make our cars "stand out". I think adding these rotors enhance your wheels and set your car apart from the pack. This upgrade can cost less than $300 if do the work yourself including performance brake pads(less dust to clean off your wheels). Let me know what your thoughts are?

Socal has nothing to do with it. My brother ordered the same set I have and had the rotors and pads shipped to PA for $280. Now about the rotors they are high end blanks that are hand wet machined with a custom pattern for every rotor. the slots and drilling are on alternating sides.. so if the outside is drilled between one set of vanes then the inside is slotted in that area.. after the maching is done then they are sent out and zinc coated...

Well they are wet cnc'd setup by hand and machined one at a time. Not hand machined.....

Nope. Its drilled and slotted but not bigger... The pads make such a huge difference that I'm not looking for a rear BBK anymore...
