Is this the root of my problem??

I went to the dealership to the an alignment, everything good except rear right wheel, -2.30 camber. Left wheel with -1.60. I'm on the HFP suspension. Yesterday i noticed the rubber spring seat is all twisted and crap, if you guys don't know what i'm talking about its #7 on the pic below

can replacing that solve my problem??
