Suspension question!!

So i wanna get a new suspension for my 07 SI but i am new to the Honda upgrading so...1. how can i get my car lower without drastically losing the smooth ride and what other parts do i need? Also names of companies and what i should buy....Thanks Guys Jon

Heres the thing...i can spend a decent amount of money, I just want a suspension that is low handles good and doesnt kill my ride

btw... either way your ride quality will deteriorate. Every mm that you lower your car = rougher driving

how much money are you wanting to spend? Dont forget you will need a camber kit and alignment also.

I've rode in Nomar06's car with the Teins. He keeps his set at 12 and 14 which are super soft settings. (Max softness = 16) His ride is softer on those settings than my HFP suspension and his car sits lower as well. Of course, I'm sure I can still blow him away in the corners.

haha, try to blow me away in the corners when I set it up right. Then Ill be running circles around you Mr. Cook!

Jneedham.... You are going to want to spend some $$$ on some coilover with some dampening settings. This way you can adjust the ride height and the dampness at the same time, thus giving you a nice look and a great ride.

Take a look at Tein, megan racing and others that are available for our cars.

what does dampning do? what are the pros? and how much for that electronic setup tein has? i work at a shop i have no problem getting it installed just wanted to know the differences?
