Tein S-tech vs. Comptech

I'm looking for people's opinions on these two drop springs. I'm looking for a stock type feel just a little tighter for corners. I had Eibach Sportlines on my Integra and they were a bit to low (settled to 2.5") and got to bouncy at times. What's everyone's opinions on these two? I plan on running stock struts till aftermarket ones come available. Thanks.

well i cant speak for the pro kit springs myself but those are the springs i know would if what i was looking for (mild drop, stiffens up a bit), but from what legendman told me about them:

"The stock suspension is pretty good from the factory, so with the eibach springs it rode pretty nice. I couldn't tell a ride difference around town besides it obviously being lower. When you get on the corners, it stiffens up quite a bit."

i use to have a tc that was lowered and it creaked like a mutha fukka. it was so annoying. i would never want another set of springs thats going to make my car creak! those werent teins though; they were TRD springs.

If your trying to choose between the two, its comptech hands down. Tein products are generally crap and i wouldnt waste your money on them. Both springs offer about the same drop.

Also need to add, I don't race auto x or anything fancy. I just drive to work and back and simple things on the weekend. The S. Tech's are fine for that to me and give a nice look.

hey suit yourselves...yeah tein is a GREAT company Just because you think of JDM tuners when you hear the name doesnt mean they are great... you asked for an opinion, i gave it. I've had tein coils on my Evo and i would never recommend them or buy them again.

Might give the Tein's a shot because I know it's a good brand as is Eibach and Comptech. I don't want to go too low (Skunk2 for example) but I want a nice drop. The Tein's are a nice number for me. Might give ol' JDM-in-stock a shot at $125/shipped. Hard to pass up.
