Tanabe 4-point brace removed from car
Since everyone posts up results of what happens when they put parts on their car, I thought I'd make one when I took a part off.
What happened, you ask? Absolutely nothing. The car handles exactly the same. A $165 part that did nothing but scrape on stuff. Buy the part for bling, but don't expect amazing results. You want results then get a Progress rear sway. |

It really depends on what you may do with the suspension on the vehicle. If you stay stock, you will probably see little difference, but if you start going stiffer springs, shocks, sway bars, the torsional rigidity will be challenged and the under braces are a good starting point for the FG2. I have one going on tomorrow and all I've heard is that it eliminates some slight flex on a stock car, but I do have plans for a tighter suspension down the road.

I've been saying this all along... And I'll spare you all from listing the thread links with proof of such. eBay it and put it towards the Koni fund. :) Anthony "Mario" Crea NNJR-SCCA |
