Basically he just ruined a good set of lugs by mounting them on the stock wheels. The lugnut seat area will misshape because of the difference in the part where the wheel is a round seat & aftermarket lugs are more conical shaped.
There is no special procedure to installing aftermarket lugs on OEM wheels but be ready to buy another set because the lugs will be toast & forget about reusing them afterwards on a set of aftermatket wheels. |
