Front and rear will go over and I think you replace the skirts completely.

The front & rear fit right over the bumpercovers & the skirts fit right on the car.

Ok cool, thats how my accord was. It was real easy to install, I think it took an hour to do the whole car.

So wheres the cheapest place to get these? I think I go mine from some honda parts place online.

NBP sedan looks PS'd... shadow on the tires dont look right.

Does look good though, either way.
