By measuring from the center, it takes away the variation of tire pressure, wheels size, tire size etc..... the measurement from center to the top of the fender does not change regardless of the changes in the items above. (unless you changes springs, of course. :P )

Black springs. Don't worry, yours will settle! Mine wasn't that low when I first installed them.

^I had the HFP for 2months an never got lower than when I installed them... also my sportlines are used when I got them, I dont knwo if that makes a differences plus am using HFP shocks...

They're the Sport Springs for an si coupe, btw: part # 51867, it's supposed to be 1.6"/1.3". The sedan version is supposed to be 1.3"/1.3". H&R doesn't have a listing for an si sedan...
