Can I get more than a 1.4" drop.....

without resorting to coilovers? I really dont' have the money to dump into coilovers but I feel that a 1.4" drop isn't enough for me. And I'm definitely not doing it the ghetto way.

Sorry I come from the minitruckin world where lower is better lol. I used to have my truck static dropped about 1/2" off the ground and drove it daily like that.

Nope. Not safely or in a way that won't destroy your car's ride quality, center of gravity or handling. Save your money for some Neuspeed springs or something. I think the "race" springs offer a 1.5-2.0" drop.

Skunk2 springs seem to be your answer. I don't know how bad the quality of the ride will be affected though. I think anything beyond 1.4" is pretty crazy on springs.

I think most people would hate anything more than a 1.5 inch drop. You'll scrape the shit out of you front bumper.. and you'll blow your stock shocks in two months.

In my opinion, the 1.5 drop on the s-techs is more than enough. Slammed, no... but low for sure.

anything more than a 1.5 inch drop in my opinion is questionable. I think a 2" drop is going to reduce your ride quality and handling. it all depends on what your using your car for, Track? or Street?

well if its gonna compromise ride quality that drastically I'll stick with a 1.5" drop. It's gonna be more street than track as this is a daily driver.
