Shops says my camber is impossible to adjust
I just got my tien springs installed at this performance shop. I got the rear camber kit from spc so thats in there too. Take it to mr.tires and they say that the camber cannot be adjusted.
Mr.tires says taht the springs were installed wrong. Somethign about the holes and bolts. i call tsr (performance shop) they said that the springs were installed just fine and there couldn't any better job. TSR advised me to call spc to see if there is any kind of special adjsutment needed. call back mr.tires and I get "i've been donig alignments for 20 years and blah blah blah blah" so i call spc, and they said that the camber should for 4 degrees both ways and there shouldnt be any issue with it at all. Whos at fault here? Should I just take it to a different alignment center and get a 2nd opinion? |

Front camber cannot be adjusted without a kit. If you are trying to get the rear camber adjusted, either SHOW them how to do it, or give your car to TSR and tell them "get my camber adjusted for me". BTW if TSR installed your camber kit, they should have taken it to the alignment shop and gotten it done for you as part of the install. No alignment = SHADY shop, IMHO. I wouldn't use them again if they pulled that ish on me.

i took it to another mr. tires around the area, they said that the camber arms needed to be moved out more. so i took it back to TSR and they moved it out and they did the alignment. However, when i checked it again today it still looks a little off for somee reason. And i feel although when i drive i have to steer slightly to the left.
Am i just bein paranoid? I need a oil change coming up, should i ask honda to take a look at it? |
