How much of a noticeable suspension difference will we see if we switch to the HFP suspension? Anyone know?

I'd stick with College Hills rather than ebay. I noticed that they had the "Manual Transmission" version on sale, don't know what the difference could be, it's just shocks and springs.

had the hfp suspension on my old ex and the ride does stiffen up, but the ride quality isnt harsh. also had a progress rear sway instlled too. if your going for looks also you might be a little dissapointed since it lowers about and inch but i would say it lowers a bit more than 3/4 of an inch. your going from a three finger gap to two.

480??? Did you use a coupon code for that? I may want to jump on these if they're on sale.

Nope, just go to the site. They're on sale. I was considering ordering them, when I saw they were on sale, I pulled out the plastic.

The eBay auction is from a dealer. I remember seeing it and it was an oil damaged box or something. It was a damn good deal for a warrantied item, but as mentioned, i'd still go with CHH since they seem to be the cheapest.

The only ones on sale at CollegeHills are for the Manual Tranny, Sedan. The difference is the cars is weight. AT cars are 65lbs heavier in the nose than MT cars. Also, sedans are sprung lighter than the coupe for a better ride. Keep this in mind if you plan to install on a coupe.

That being said, I plan to put the MT kit on my AT Sedan. For $480, this is a screaming deal. I figure at worse, I will get a little nose-down rake.

I was also looking into this, what's the advantage of getting new cambers in the kit as opposed to just getting new springs?

cambers? i hope your talking about shocks/struts... the advantage is that the shocks and struts are paired up with the springs to work together, with just springs on oem struts and shocks they are working harder since the springs will be stiffer and would wear out faster.

Is the hfp kit about the best thing to get if you want ride quality but still an agressive ride.
