I dont know about all that with just sportlines, progress rear sway bar,and neo gens i can take most corners double the speed. I have minimal body roll and can cut through traffic at speed with ease. Ive driven in SI's with many set ups and they all handle spectacular so to me it would be minor things that would change the way a car handles.

All of these coil over set ups should handle very well i think with the right rubber any coil over set will make you look like a super star.

si's stock suspension is already really really good. its the camber and tires that really needs adjusting.

coilovers makes you feel that the car handles better because its stiffer and feels more planted.. but the stock suspension does a very good job of absorbing bumps and rotating the car.

stiffer suspension does not mean better.

First of all the HFP suspension seems too stiff at times on very bumpy roads. (Get 17" wheels) I thought the HFP suspension did not absorb shocks well enough. On good roads it felt great but on bumpy roads, it was not worth the increase in handling. with (225/40/18)
It seemed to me when I had the HFP suspension that the spring rates are only a little stiffer than oem, however they did a lot of work on the shocks, its just too harsh of a ride with HFP and 18" tires. I was fine with 18" wheels with the oem suspension and the Tein SS coilovers were also compliant because they SS has adjustable shock absorbers, better than HFP.
-Both cars felt more planted, more so with the Tein SS coilovers simply because the springs and shocks were appropriatly matched and the car sat a little lower.
But I wouldn't say outright that the Tein SS coilovers would get outhandled by the HFP suspension. - The Tein SS coilovers handled just as good and gave more comfort, and more of a drop.
If you dont drop your car too much with coilovers and adjust the height so that you lower the car only an 1 1/4" I'd say that the Tein SS should do slightly better than the HFP suspension.

Thats the compromise you have to make for handling....you cant expect your ride to absorb bumps as passively as the stock suspension...increasing ur spring rate and/or stabilizer bar result in a stiffer ride...good handling and soft ride dont go hand in hand...if you want a comfy ride(subjective) get some eibachs with some tokicos...if u want a stiff suspension controllying weight transfer go with skunk2 coils or watever u want...12 kg and 10 kg spring rates wont ever absorb bumps as well as 2 and 4 kg springs...u have to make a sacrifice for good handling...and of course "good handling" is subjective to everyone

I'm going to have to disagree on your OEM statement. For a stock suspension, this car handles great and some say better than the OEM stock RSX-S. Although the HFP is an improvement and some say major, I still think Honda did a great job with the sporty feel of the OEM SI suspension.

Just got my HFP kit in this weekend and so far i love it! Like everyone has said the drop is minimal but it did cut my wheel gap in half (running 2 finger all around) the handling though easily makes up for it. Sooo much more fun pulling through the turns at high speed!

its because of my offsett and rim width...18*8 +35 does rub with 225 tires...only slightly in the rear and slightly in the front therefore its time to do some rolling...
