just had mine installed yesterday... first few miles wasnt bumpy and got bumpier and bumpier like people here said... however a friend who was sitting in the back was saying how the back was way too bouncy ( as if the shocks dont work) does anyone experience this problem or is it just my friend who was nuts?
I do feel the car being alot stiffer than before. Now when i make huge turns at 40mph (where the street sign says 30), i feelll alot more comfortable... my tires squeals like no other though... guess its not goonna be too long till i change my tires.. overall i love it!

just had these installed and my my what a world of differance, the ride is great, very
very responsive and feels planted to the ashpalt.

i had megan coilovers on before and the harsh ride and noises made me get the hfp.
if ppl are complaing the hfp ride is harsh believe me they do not want to experience coilovers.
by far one of the best investments for this car, the drop is fine with me got tired of a
low car and having to worry if ill be able to pull into a driveway or drive down a certain street.

AAAAAmmmenn.... That is a constant worry about having to roll down the street and worry if I hit a pot hole, which is constant on a road that is near my work if it will dent my rim or break something under my car. There is some truth in your argument.

haha exactly, got tired of explaining to my girlfriend i cant go to a certain restaurant bc they have really steep driveways or high parking blocks lol.

with the coilovers set so low it destroyed my front bumper, the bottom is all scratched up but now i added the hfp front lip that covered them. thus adding more of a reason to get the hfp suspension dont wanna mess up my brand new hfp lip and adding piece of mind.

YEa when I had a 2001 celica I had it slammed down on skunk2s the girlfriend hated riding in it because it would hit every bump and it would always make her yell out a curse word. lol she got sick of riding in it that she would want to drive her beater. But now she likes riding in my car because it rides really smooth on the si springs I put on my EX. I was thinking about getting the HFP kit for it and do not want to replay all those jarring jolts I got through the car.

Well, I got the HFP suspension installed today...feels good and smooth, not a great deal different than stock in comfort, I guess I have to wait for the springs to settle and get a little more of a drop, this is the first day, the car feels great, I went around a curve at about 65 mph and it hugged the road, but I need new tires, and my question is: Do I need a strut tower bar or sway bar now, or is the stock si strut and sway very good with the HFP suspension?
Thanks.

Back to stock

A sway bar would make it BETTER, it's already good but definitely upgrade stock sway if you're serious on how your car handles even though new tires would be a lot better.

Not as good as the Progress 1 its thicker and will plant the rear end you will have more confindence going faster through corners and there is much less body roll !
