Negative camber on rear wheels...

Has anyone figured out why Honda has set the baseline camber on the rear suspension to -1° 30'. I know a little negative camber is good for handling, but why so excessive on the rear setup? When the vehicle is viewed from behind with no one in the car, the negative camber makes the car look like it is over loaded and is squating down.
Is it me or does the excessive camber make the Si look a little out of adjustment.
