Isn't Progressive a car insurance company? I think you mean the Progress rear sway. I would say get the Progress rear sway as it is a lot beefier than the stock SI sway bar.

I have an ex sedan went with SI sways. I would love to hear about the difference of just the rear progress sway on an ex.

I know the SI sways made a world of difference and I added the 17 SI wheels and handle was even better. It is still a little loose in the front in some turns. I am looking at shocks and a front strut bar.

funny u say loose in the front.. when i had my previous two civic coupes 06 and 07, the front seemed very tight and firm in the front.. on the sedan i now own 07. it feels very quick to turn in the front not as tight as the coupes. almost like it has more oversteer, has anyone noticed this??

That is what I am experiencing with some body roll. I figure the shocks on the ex sedan where more about a better ride not about being stiffer. So I am looking at maybe some si shocks or some HFP nothing to drastic. Latest mods down below on that thread.

well just installed the progress rear sway to go along with the front si sway and "ebay" blue under brace.. wow what a difference. with just the front si sway on my lx sedan it had quite abit of oversteer, now with the rear progress bar on you can feel it working great in the front and rear when u hit the turns around 45-60 very impressive.. +1 for the progress rear sway, ty corsport...a must for any dx/lx/ex owner..

Er...you meant "understeer" and not "oversteer" right?

Stock cars are usually designed to have understeer, for safety. Upgrading to a bigger front sway bar while keeping the rear bar stock will give the car even more understeer, because the rear of the car rolls alot more than the front.

And when you use the progress rear sway bar with SI sway bar at the front, the rear will rolls lesser, resulting in less understeer i.e. more neutral handling of the car.
