except on the wilwoods usually every time u change the pads u have to rebuild the caliper. this depends on the caliper so beware when purchasing. as for the brembos, those are nice but freakin pricey. personally, im going with the power slots big brake upgrade. its bigger than the brembo by 3/4 of an inch. its almost as big as the freakin new toyota tundra rotors! and about a 1/4 of the price of brembo's but u dont get that caliper. thats ok see cause god pads, rotors, and fluid will get PLENTY on nice braking power compared to brembo. maybe not as much but for under half the price including all that stuff, its almost just as good of power.

No offence to Z1 but i have a feeling they are over charging...since else where i saw them going for around 350...but then again i think they are the only one who offer modded one

brembo pics

It must just be me but those Brembo's look small compared to the rotora BBK shown in another recent thread, must be the rims.

does anyone know if Baer makes good brake kits? I found them at this shop for $600 the guy said they retail for $1200 normally and it came with calipers, brake lines, rotors all that the only thing he said the rotors wouldnt fit the Si so i'd have to go buy new ones.. but i wasnt sure if they are good brakes?

Here are some images of bbk that have been fitted on FDs in southeast asia. I found these on an asian Civic forum. Some of the brands I am not familiar of. Missing Spoon, Alcon, and Endless.

do your own work n save money, u dont need a 2,000 brake upgrade to stop your 197hp civic--EBC ROTORS N PADS,pedal feels harder and trust me when i say,NO BRAKE DUST AT ALL so your wheel will look awesome the entire time without having to wipe it off every 100 miles. They do stop my 300hp si, why not yours.

I heard from my dealer at Cerritos CA, that the HFP big brake kit will probably be coming in next year. I'm hoping it will be 330mm in diameter and maybe a two piston caliper? Might also include upgraded rear brakes?

Look into the 2007 Acura MDX front brakes. two piston calipers, 13" (330mm)rotors. Same number of lugs and I believe same hub size.

The Wilwood kits on fastbrakes will fit on 17's right? Any particular offset for them to fit or doesn't fit?
