make sure you cut the bumpstops if necessary and double check the work, otherwise, yes it takes a while for the springs to settle

Yea it takes awhile to go down. Thats what I thought about the HFP springs too. Its been over a month and its still only dropped 1/2" even though they say 1".

^ Yea make sure you put the springs in the right place. I definitely noticed a drop right after. Make sure the springs are sitting correctly too. Give it about 1-2 weeks and you'll notice it even more.

i didnt cut the bump stop and as far as i know i didnt see if there was a left or right in it...

does the bump stop make it not to drop it all the way?

it can, depending on how low the drop is from the springs

most likely no unless you slam your car to the ground

they require u to cut a bit of the bumpstop off so the shock has more travel and it affects ur drop slightly. i have tien s springs there is another paper included in the kit tellin you how much u should cut off.

I remember cutting my bumpstops in my old Geo Metro (lol) and MY GOD WHAT A DISGUSTING AND BUMPY AND ANNOYING RIDE. Don't cut them unless you have to; I've never heard anyone here do it, accept a few, now everyone wants to do it? Your ride quality is going to suffer. The stops are there for a reason. Get aftermarket Bilstein performance shocks if you're worried about it.

u have to cut the bump stops since the coils are smaller. ur shocks do would have less travel and would have a harsher ride, its in the instruction telling you how much u have to cut them but and where they recomend to cut them. yes i recomend changing shocks but arent available yet.

in other words u dont cut them your not goin to get the drop u paid for.

yes the stops are there for a reason but set to be used w stock springs. u droppin the car equals less coils from stock and then u have to cut the stops to make the shocks travel the same distances as before.
