Question shocks+springs combo

Sorry if this question is repeated ... my car was made in Brazil because I am from Peru and my shocks are longer than those made in America so I dont have much drop.

Right now I'm with the stock shocks and s.tech springs. I wanna buy some sport shocks and gain some more drop and better ride.
I have 2 questions...

1. With so much drop does not hit the bottom at any speed bump?
2. Does someone has the combo: SKUNK2 sport shocks + s.tech tein?

First I was interested in SKUNK2 but then someone told me that the HFP with s.techs were very good.

what shocks+springs do you recommend according to your experiences?

Thanks!

I will be putting my Tokico HTS + Eibach Pro-Kits on this Sunday I'll let you know what i think of them. It should drop me by 1" in front and 1.2" in rear.

I thought that the spring itself mainly contributed to ride height, where as the dampner adjusts the stiffness and speed/force of the absorbtion.

I may be wrong, cause I'm just starting to learn all this. but from what I have gathered so far, those are my conclusions.

In for results and pics, as I may be going with this exact same combo soon.
