I would also like to hear from a few people that are using/used GC's I've read other posts about the rear springs poping out etc etc. I just want to know if they ride smooth or at least equivalent to factory si suspension.

Hope someone can come up with this info. Really interested in how much the drop is f/r with the springs at the highest setting.

from what i remember they can drop you A LOT, if you take out the perches and lock rings
but if you don't want it that low i believe it will drop you low enough to tuck (some) tire on 17s. How low that is exactly i cant tell you

there was a person on here using GCs off an EP3 and seemed to be doing OK, but that was a while ago and I dont know where that thread went

the stories of springs not being fully seated at full droop is enough to scare me though

His shocks went out pretty fast. Now he's on buddy clubs.

Ground control needs to reconstruct the springs for our cars because the rears are just too short. That's the reason why when people jack up the rear of their cars, some just pop out.

I have the GCs on my 07 Si Sedan. I have them set at pretty much the highest ride height I can and they are still pretty low IMO. I am just about to start researching what other springs I might replace them with to get a little more stock ride height (long story...road trip, tire wear, etc). I'd think there should be some other springs that I could use but I'm not sure yet.

As for ride comfort, they are a tiny bit stiffer than stock as I have them set. That's for just normal driving on decent roads. Get on a bad road and you can definitely tell the difference. I try hard to avoid any serious bumps/holes because I bottom out pretty easily even after trimming the bumpstops as per the instructions that came with the GCs.

Overall, I do like them but as others have mentioned the rear springs are definitely too short. And yes, when the car is off the ground those rear springs do pop out.

Get a longer rear spring. Easy as that. ...oh wait, then the next thing will be they can't dump it 2.5"+ or something!

In reality, use a longer rear spring. You will have more spring travel, but will not be able to go as low, but you will yied better handling when not dumped anyway.

You would need to order a custom set of springs for our cars to solve that problem.

The spring that they made for 06-2011 civics are too short period.
